Please note: Guests are asked to be careful with the facilities and all objects, utensils, furniture and appliances found inside. Likewise, prudence and good judgment are requested in the consumption of resources (electricity, water, gas, heating). The way to use the pellet stove will be explained to the guest upon arrival. As hosts, we consider an initial supply of pellets that will last for approximately 2 days. After this, the guest will be responsible for stocking up on the necessary pellets for heating, which can be purchased at any supermarket in the city and other types of shops with prices around 5 thousand Chilean pesos (approximately 5 USD) per bag of pellets. For guests traveling with pets, consider the following: - We only accept small breed dogs as pets. - Pet must be under the supervision of the guest at all times. It cannot be left alone in the cabin. - Guest must provide all grooming equipment to ensure that their pet does not cause damage either inside or outside the cabin.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
